Fico Fitness Siggy

The blue icon picture won't show up in my siggy. It's just an empty box with a red X at the top right corner.  What am I doing wrong?

How do you fix this? mine is doing the same

Starting Score: 480-550 in 2005
Current Score: 761 TU/764 EQ - 06/21/11 /754 EX (lender pulled 11/26/10)
Goal Score: 800
