I am not usually so technically challenged but the CD is giving me grief. I keep timing out of my log in session and then when I log back in, I can't locate my information. I reinsert the CD and then it goes to items to purchase. I found it the first time after requesting my FICO score from credit union by an alert saying I needed to finish setting up MyFICO.

I see My Account and that I am logged in. I was on the credit card section.

Any help appreciated.
