I am trying to change my name under settings, change reflects in the text box only. My profile name is not getting changes, what could be the reason?
The only thing I can think of that might prevent it is if you had purchaced some products from myFICO, but I'll have to check on that. If you haven't purchased anything from myFICO send me a private message (private message box --> ) with the name you want changed and I will do it for you.
