- Click on the "View" link next to the report you wish to save
- Click on "Printable Report" appearing to the upper left area of your report
- Wait for the file to load
- If a print window pops-up, simply click "Cancel"
- In the upper left-hand corner, select "File" and the drop-down "Save As"
- In the "Save as type" field, choose the single archive .mht file type

It looks like instructions to save the html through your web browser. You will have a more user-friendly output if you just print it to PDF.

control-P on windows or command-P on osx to open the print menu. Then pick the pdf printer or (on mac) the pdf dropdown. This will "print" to a PDF file. If you are using windows and don't have this stuff, then you need software. Downloading software sounds overly complicated for me to explain in this circumstance. There are forums on different websites that you can use to learn how to use your computer if you really want. Otherwise, for now, just save the webpage as a web archive from the File menu in your browser.
