Credit.com not showing new score

I created an account with Credit.com on last October 11th. Yesterday, got an email from them saying that new score and updated profile is available. Logged in and still see the same Oct 11 stuff.
I tried to log in from different browsers, as well as to click the link in the email. Same results. Anyone having the same issue?
