yes, i was hoping it was an error on the creditor's part, but when i contacted them a second time, it does not appear to be that way. I would like to have the inquiry removed also, but since EQ verified it, i don't know what the next step is. the creditor told me follow "normal resolution" with the CRB's.  not sure what that is though. since it has been verified by EQ, don't know how to have it removed
