I'm still so happy I don't think I've stopped smiling since I heard the news Just finished signing everything last night, getting everything for underwriting...fingers crossed!!!

Hey Courtney091082! Congratulations. I locked in the same rate 2.875% and closed on my house a month ago with only 3.5% down also. My mortgage is very low for the price of my home I locked my rate back in March and was praying it never changed after having to re-lock it 2X because my home wasn't complete (Bought New Construction). Best of Luck to you and I hope you maintain that rate!!!

Nice, very nice.  I closed last month at 3.375%.  Rewind to 2005, I closed at 6%.  Wow!!!!
