Just got the call and everything is done!  I got my dream vacation home!  I can't wait to get out there and start furnishing it!  Thanks to all on this forum for the support!

Thank you everyone!  It has been crazy here.  The night before I signed the papers I found out the house was not in compliance with the HOA.  The tree need to be trimmed and the column painted.  So while my realtor worked with the management company to make sure I had time to take care of the issues I was busy finding a tree service.  The tree service comes today and when I am there on the 17th I will paint the column.  I am just happy to have everything finished.
