....that doesn't rely on credit scores for approval.
I've read all over the web that credit score is not an issue for streamline approval, but every lender I've talked with tells me otherwise!
Please help.

What are your scores? Lenders have really tightened up there standards so it is almost impossible to find a lender who doesn't require credit scores or if you do fine one it will be very EXPENSIVE
