Ryan Homes credit pull question.

I am applying with Ryan homes and was wondering how many credit pulls will they do? The sales rep has already pulled once so will they pull it again at loan app? Meeting with the NVR rep on Tuesday and just trying to get a feel of what will happen.

Current Score: EQ 653, TU 657, EX 656 Lender Pull (MyFico)
Goal Score: 720

NVR pulled our credit like 3 times within the last month. Not sure why.

Starting Score:TransUnion: 698 (12 FEB 2010), Equifax: 674 (12 FEB 2010)
Current Score:TransUnion: 703 (11 NOV 2012), Equifax: 637 (11 NOV 2012), Experian: 628 (11 NOV 2012)
Goal Score:All scores 700+ by Dec 2013!!

Wow three pulls! Did you score take a hit or did it all count as one pull?

Ok, just spoke with the SR and he stated that NVR wont need another credit pull until 30 days before closing. So we will be using the numbers from the first pull.
