Inspection today went well, signed all the loan docs today, VA Appraisal was ordered today ... now the anticipation! I fear something will happen in underwriting that will keep me from getting this house, and I don't want to lose it... it's perfect!

Got my GFE in my email today... moving along

I was approved today for my loan w/ conditions! Conditions are easy, already sent what was needed and my Loan officer is writing up my letters for me... she has been great! Extremely excited, just waiting for the VA appraisal to come back

A loan officer for WJ Bradley ...  "Mod Cut" she's been great! Keeps in touch with me along the way and has been very helpful, even answering all my newbie questions... And the process is going smooth and fast.

Well I got final approval and I will be signing loan documents on Monday, if everything goes well I'll be closing between Wednesday and Friday!

Congrats, I closed on my VA loan last year in Dec with USAA. Did you try them? You should be ok for Monday!
