My offer was accepted, Yesss!! I meet with my realtor to sign the contract today.

 

Now for the stressful part: Inspection, Appraisal, Underwriting, and all that jazz.... I think I'll be in this thread venting every so often, but I'm hoping for smooth sailing :-)

I just heard that our loan is fully approved and closing is set for 9am Friday!

HOORAY!!  We closed this morning...now we just have to MOVE! 

wow, congratulations, i feel so connected to you all, I'm working on Week 8. Wednesday was scheduled close but now pushed to the 17th (waiting on DPA program to fund loan) keep me in your prayers...

Yippeee!!!  the septic has finally been fixed! and so has the sump pump and all the other things that needed fixed on the USDA list. Need one more home inspection for good measure and I may actually close in about 2 weeks!

I'm doin the happy dance!
