oh .. if it can happen it will happen uh?  Got home yesterday and had a lovely letter in the mail from the state tax agency that I owe 1800 for underpayment from 2010.

The good part about it - for some reason they are claiming that didn't get my W2 so I faxed that this morning.. and there is no threat of a lien or credit account entry.. so it's all good.. but the worst part is that I will probably have to pay their "penalty and interest" anyway.. what can I do.. I can't prove they got my W2.. oh well..

Still keeping fingers crossed to get final underwriting approval today.
