I have a question about getting through the UW process.
My scores are currently EQ542, TU592, EX614, so we are proceeding with a sub prime loan.
Yesterday my LO ran our file through Fannie Mae (in another post I put Freddie Mack, but it is Fannie) and we were Approve/Eligible with no conditions.
Do you know if that will make the manual UW process any easier/quicker?
