Emailed MB. File still hasn't went to USDA. Well, he was going to check, but to me that means it hasn't. I wonder why it's taking so long. What else has to be done?

Regular inspection, termite inspection, appraisal, title work, survey...all are complete. All conditions have been met.

I guess maybe the lender is just busy?? But they had already approved it (with conditions) so I would think all they would have to do is just check everything off.
