I am thinking not....SO burned a few bridges along the way too... and SO's credit is messed up too. (Late payments on the mortgage, no cc's, late car loan payments. The only thing SO has going is a regular paycheck.)

Hopefully the turn stuff around but there really isn't anything you can do to help.
