I'm supposed to close Tuesday. I have a conditional approval. They want a letter from my doctor stating that I'm disabled. A letter from the VA stating that I am Permanently and Totally disabled is not enough for the underwriters. They want a letter from my doctor stating this. I can't get one as he is a brand new doctor for me and my doctor for the last 8 years died in Nov and they closed the practice.  I've emailed them explaining this and hope it's enough. I don't understand why my official letter from the VA is not enough
