@CopperHD I agree with you on buying another new construction home...Well I like the word BRAND NEW and the fact that no one else has lived in it before me. I have been experiencing many delays as my house is 1 of 10 other homes being built as well. The builders have certainly kept me updated and call me about every delay & have kept in contact with My LO as well...feels like we are a little family...haha. But this is my first home and I'm learning a lot through this proccess Good luck to both of you guys
