WOW!!  That is a very beautiful home. . I'm in WA state also, I wish I could do Seattle but Tacoma is the only place that has a Down Payment assistance program that will work for me.  I'm working on a deal right now, hope to be able to post my pics soon!!

I am actually down in Olympia. I could no way afford a home like this in Seattle!!! It would be at least $700k!!!  Seattle market is crazy expensive! Good Luck!!
