Score Simulator not reflecting Past Due

Any reason why Score Simulator isn't pulling my past due revolving debt?  It's identified under "Total Past Due" for Credit At a Glance, but when i want to simulate paying the past due, the score simulator says i have 0 past due. 

 

The TransUnion Report reflects the past due correctly.

Starting Score: (7/2012) 522
Current Score: (2/19/2013) (Lender Pull) TU:661 EQ: 662 EX 679
Goal Score: 660
NEW Goal Score: 700

not in dispute...i did compare though and EQ does have charge-off in the description, TU does not.  Would that make the difference?

This may sound odd, but the company that owns myFICO's products don't actually have official representatives on this board.
