Hello everyone!

I have been receiving Fico Score Watch updates for the past few months. I got a notice this week that I had an increase on my Express card of $75--- but this is incorrect. I checked my account online, and it does not reflect this increase. I have been paying off this account for months and have not charged anything. Is it possible that the Fico Score Watch is incorrect?

Almost every CC will update to your CRs the balance you had on the statement date, and will begin reporting that balance inside a few days from the statement date. I'd start by looking at your statement to see if the balance on your SW alert matches your statement balance.
