Need some advice on writing a good GW letter to a CA so they will remove some PIF collections off my account. The CA is called CBS (Credit Bureau Services) and from what I can gather from their website they are a fairly small, local (based in my area of Southeast MO) company. The collections are from 2009 and there are 3 (2 in the amount of $186 and 1 in amt of $142) all from the same OC and all from the same ER visit. First off, I'm not sure why they are reporting it as 3 small accounts rather than 1 big one. Also, I PIF in July of 2011 and I contacted the CA after I PIF and they said they "can't" remove the items because its "illegal". Well, from what I've learned on here they CAN remove the items, they just WON'T!!! So, I need some suggestions on how to write a good GW letter that will show them that I KNOW that they CAN remove the items if they wanted to....this GW needs to make them "want" to remove these items. Any help/info/advice would be very greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks!!
