I just got my response letter from Jefferson Capitol yesterday & they will be deleting the tradelines! I couldnt beleive it, I had to read the letter several times to make sure I was reading it correctly  lol! I had almost given up hope, but the letter came on the absolute last day

Thank you guys so much, w/o you I would have never know about this ruling!  I was actually about to settle with them, I am so thankful.This is my 1st little "victory" in the battle for good credit lol, so I am very excited! Thanks again everyone!

Now...back to my fight with LVNV....
