I have $800 and I one US Bank Secured Visa with a $300 limit

I was thinking about getting a First Progress or Open Sky card.

Is it better to raise my limit on the US Bank to $1100 or to have a second secured card with a $500 limit and raise my US bank to a $500 limit?
