I am assuming that these accounts are outside the SOL of your state, if they are, include that in your PFDs.  "I realize that these accounts are outside the SOL, however in a gesture of GW, I'm willing to pay them if you are also willing to give a gesture of GW and delete them when paid."  See if that gets their attention.
