Would you please PM me the address or phone contact you used for sucess with Sallie Mae.  I have (4) 30 day lates with them that is killing me!

I am a co-signer for my brother, and when he lost his job, he let the bill slip wo me knowing.  This is one of the only late pays on my account.. HELP!.  Can you pm me the info on who to call and what key points helped you get them to remove it ?  Thanks a million!

IDK if you guys are getting the PM's of info, but if you're not, just google "Credit Advocate Sallie Mae" and call that number.  They will put you in touch with whoever's caseload you fall on.  It takes some time to find the info, but it can be done, and calling the 1800 number for sallie is USELESSSSSSS
