IDK if you guys are getting the PM's of info, but if you're not, just google "Credit Advocate Sallie Mae" and call that number.  They will put you in touch with whoever's caseload you fall on.  It takes some time to find the info, but it can be done, and calling the 1800 number for sallie is USELESSSSSSS
