Good luck to all those that work with EOS/CCA, it worked for me! On a sidenote, I noticed that their tagline is "EOS. With head and heart in finance."

Hi Scott! Do you think if I email EOS CCA and ask them to delete an acct I just paid in full they might consider it. asking for a PDF over the phone did not work but people seem to be having success with the email contacts. I am currently under contract for a home and EOS CCA reported on my credit report after I got. My pre approval. My score took a 30pt hit. I have informed our realtor and LO but the best thing for me would be if they just deleted it.
