Been going round and round with IC Systems for a Banfield debt.
Sent DV. Validated.
Offered to pay % of it. Denied.
Tried again denied.
Tried to contact the OC via email, they responded within 24hrs, denying my %, no counter offer, just full amlount but with a payment option.
So, should I set up a payment option with the orginal OC even though ICSystems is reporting the collection on my EQ and follow up with a GW?
Or should I just wait it out til I have the funds to pay in full and then GW for deletion?

The $319.50 is the remaining balance due to pay off the Puppy Early Care Plus plan, enrolled on 11/12/09. You are welcome to make partial payments toward that balance, but the debt is valid, so we will be unable to withdraw it from your credit report. So MyFico'ers - what's my next move? Should I pay the OC directly and GW? Attempt to PTD again with the CA (IC Systems)?
Bump up the payment, maybe even a full payment. That might work. Ask if you if you were to pay in full if they would delete it.
