Hi everyone,

Our credit union offers a "loan health check-up" for free and includes a cr and fico.  How much will the pull hurt us?  We are currently cleaning up with hopes to get a mortgage in the near future.

DH = CU pull on 03/2012 was 551, just did scorewatch today and it was 618.

Mine = CU pull on 03/2012 was 587, my SW on 11/15/2012 was 627.

DH has bad debt of 13k (3 accnts) and we both have some lates from a couple years ago that i am currently GW.  I just want to make sure we will keep going forward and not take any steps backward.
