no the BBB complaint didnt do anything. they wanted to call me, but I work before they arrive in their executive offices and get off after they are closed. I had to tell them several times, I have full computer access at work, however phones are not permitted in the buildings. They wouldnt do anything email or through the BBB complaint system.
