Happy to report that thanks to this site and the invaluable information shared by all of you, I have had an AU that was in collections removed from my account.  It took less than 24 hours from time of the request/dispute on the Transunion site.  <doing happy dance>  Now I feel empowered and ready to generte my first PFD letter to get a medcal collection off my report.
