If someone can also send me the contact info and letter draft also I'd appreciate it. This 1 30-day late is the only blemish on my report. For those that had success with this previously, was the Kohl's card through Capital One at the time? I wonder if they have changed and now they no longer will do this.

 

It is from Jan 2011 so not sure how much it's really counting against me anymore.
