Jan 1, 2012 I weighed 200 in the morning after using the bathroom and in my b-day suit.
As of today I weigh 173.4, I lost most of that weight by the end of Jan, and been holding steady.
I'm just staying away from soda and eating 5 times a day, I finally got my metabolism working again.
I was a personal trainer for 7 years, so I have had experience teaching others how to do this, I never thought I'd have to lose weight myself, as I used to be able to eat anything and everything and never gain a pound, but that all changed once I reached the 40 year old mark![]()
