Finally decided to shed my keg abs for a six-pack abs. I've started going back to the gym this week. Between Sunday and Friday, I went to the gym for a total of 10 times exercising over 10 hours. During that time, I cycled over 7 miles and burned over 250 calories. I also got on the treadmill for a total of 30 miles and burned over 7,500 calories. My weight didn't change, but it's only been less than a week.
