I was getting nervous seeing how long it was taking for some people to get their loans picked up. I had my rehab with ECMC and finished at the end of Jan. as of Feb 9th my loan was picked up by ACS. My monthly payment is lower and I am hopefully on my way. ACS says they report at the end of every month but it will be an age date of Feb 2012, not 1994. I thought they reported back to the beginning of the loan and my aged reports wouldn't take a hit. Anyone know about this? Well I'm happy anyway that I am on my way. I need 50 points by August for a mortgage.
