No one who has it is around anymore   Boo.  We paid our bill every month but didnt realize that we were a month behind.  So when my h paid the bill in Sept, he thought he was paying the current due but it was really for the previous month and he still owed for September.  So while we never actually went 30+ days without paying them we still got marked.  The people at ACS do not care.  We are about to lose out on building our dream house over this.  We have picked out all our finishes and everything.  This sucks so bad.  UGH

That sucks.  I am the co-signer on my ex husbands school loan. He keeps defaulting and ACS reports on my credit. I have asked them for info but they won't give it to me since my ex is primary. I love how they will report on my credit yet won't give me info. UGH!!
