If you have a blank post (or come across one belonging to someone else) just use the "Report Inappropriate Content" option and type something like 'delete blank' in the box and a moderator will take care of it.
Unfortunately there's no way to hard-code the Lithium software to auto-reject a blank reply. We don't mind taking care of them, though. 
Edited to add: all of your blanks but one were already taken care of, and I took care of the stragler.
