My legal first name is just the letter "J".. I have a middle name and a last name.
Apparently, from customer service's point of view, I cannot signup because myFICO requires a first name of more than one letter.
I am able to pull my credit report from every other major service.. but REALLY wanted to use myFICO as my source for credit monitoring.
I hope this is able to be fixed.. because my name does show up as "J" on all three reports... but so many software companies won't allow you to enter just one letter to avoid people using just an initial.... My Mom did this to me when I was born and I pay the price occasionally by software compnies that don't think anyone will ever have a one letter first name. ;(
