Yes you can use an iPad to add CC images to your signature. You have to add the appropriate HTML code to your signature as outlined in this thread. It's no different than using any computer. However I would hold off on adding any to your signature for a bit as there is currently an issue with forums'software that is causing images in signatures to appear oversized.
