I cannot connect to the product I bought (Equifax FICO score)... have receipt

I bought the Equifax standard report. Received receipt by email. When first prompted to connect to see it I received an error message and said the site was probably busy and try again. I cannot find the link to the report! This is a bit unnerving and I have lost confidence in trusting info I have shared in preparing to purchase my report. KaLin, as administrator, can you please advise soonest? Many thanks. I need my score today (Sunday 20 July) to negotiate loan Monday morning.
