I open 2 different accounts here

I forgot that I had this many yearss ago, and today I create another account and I bought my 3 credit report monitoring with the other one, now I can't log in to see my credit because it says that my ssn is already in the system and the customer support is closed, do I have to wait till Monday?

Yes, anything related to your credit reports can only be handled by Customer Service.
