Is there a way to configure your online account used for myFICO forums, so that you don't at the same time have direct access to your credit reports? It's one thing for someone else to have access to post in your name; financial identity theft is something entirely different! Thank you.

You don't have direct access to your credit reports -- they'd have to enter your password again.

But, there is no way to separate the two, I believe.

Not so. Given such a security risk, how can anyone be expected to post to the forums from a smartphone?
