My Signature images were not loading: Fixed for me

I like many others was having issues with my card icons appearing in my sig. This is what I did to resolve it.

  • Saved all my images from my current host to a folder on my PC
  • Went to my profile and scrolled down to upload images
  • Turned on batch upload (for people with lots of cards it might be helpful)
  • Uploaded my images and then made an Album
  • Made the album public. I am not sure if that matters haven't tested
  • Went back into the album and righ clicked on my image and selected "Copy Image Address"
  • I then pasted each image back into my sig replacing the old links.

Re: My Signature images were not loading: Fixed for me

I must be doing something incorrectly because when I get here -->

  • Went back into the album and righ clicked on my image and selected "Copy Image Address"
  • I then pasted each image back into my sig replacing the old links.

Nothing happens.... I just end up with "Chase - $8,500" and so on, with no images.

This is the format you should be using if you're using the forum to host your images:

Okay, thank you. Now to figure out how to make that work. How do I incorporate that with my images into my signature? (I realize it must not be that difficult because the majority of everyone has done it, but when I put the above format into my signature it reads "authentication ticket mismatched - authentication failed". I have to be skipping something I need to do, but I am not sure what.

I just added a card to your signature using the above code (with the hover text "Test Image").

Be sure to keep the code for the spade first, then just repeat what I did to add other images (and of course you can remove the one I added when you're finished).

Good job!  Smiley Very Happy

Here's a helpful hint... you don't need to use breaks (<br>) between images; just list them one after another.  Smiley Wink

Ha! Thanks! (I was wondering what all the (<br>) meant.)
