No, there's no IP filter for the spam quarantine - if there was an issue with your IP you wouldn't be able to log in. The most common false alarms I see are posts from a newer member who does a lot of edits and/or has a lot of links in posts.
I've restored your posts; if you have the problem again just post in the tech forum again or PM any mod.
