where to post this.  I tried to purchase my 3 scores and was informed that I've been

"locked out". Does anyone know what this means and ever been locked out from their

account before? I'm going to call them like they said to, but was just curious if anyone

had a similiar experience.

Hi, busyone--I moved your thread yesterday over to myFICO Product Feedback, and it looks like Barry has replied. There should have been a link (a green arrow) on Understanding, showing that it had been moved and where it had gone, but the thread didn't want to move, so that might not have appeared.

I'm sorry that it went MIA on you.
