I decided to pay for the monitoring service, but created a new account instead of just upgrading my old on accident! (Hwndori)

We can change your name without issue, but before we do, would you rather use your old? If so, and if you need help logging in, let any mod or Admin know.

Unfortunately the two subscriptions cannot merge. There'll always be two. We would ask you to pick on and keep with it (makes it less confusing on folks answering your future posts), but the choice is yours to make as to which. If "Hwndori" is easier, then keep posting with that one. If you'd like us to lock up the other, let us know.

Just lock up the other account then and change my username to "Hwndori" or "Hwndori2" please.

"Dlane" can't be changed to "Hwndori" because "Hwndori" was already created. Could you post as "Hwndori"?
