I've tried several times to get help on this matter with customer support, but to no avail. Very disappointing support.
On the Score Watch Alert page, the view defaults to an alert dated 8/26/11. When I try to select a more recent alert, it reloads this old alert and will not allow me to view a more recent report.
I've accessed this page from Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome -- all with the same results.
This is a paid-for service and should as a minimum be functional. It would be helpful if myFICO would issue some kind of response!!!
