I have an myfico account username "michael982". A few days ago i purchase myfico 3B. When i made the purchase it used my name from my account for the credit pull and it was spelled wrong so they wernt able to pull my credit based on it. So what they did was close my account and I had to recreate it. So i chose a new username, and therefor now i have 2 accounts on the same email. I cant access anything from my old account tho. I was wondering is there any way to reconnect the accounts or combine them??
I'm having issues too since I upgraded. What did they do to help? Cancelled my account!!! I've had my five for ages and they just said we are having issues we will cancel you. Good bye!!! I'm so upset I could spit! I never had problems before my upgrade.....
I have not received any feedback for the issue.
There is no one online from the other side of this organization where you purchase your reports, scores and subscriptions. The information I have at this point in time is there is no way to combine accounts.
