What should I do if I'm locked out of my forum account?

Have been trying to get back into a locked account with no success. Customer service says the Forums are kind of their own entity, and cannot help me. This is the third account I've had to create. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Specifically what is it saying? I don't see any issues with your profile (assuming it's InvincibleSummer2).

There have been times I've tried to log in and was prompted to create a new profile, but that's a glitch. If that's the case for you, back out and try logging in again.
